Dear Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that I am Mahabubur Rahman, Passport Number:  B-0801287 Applied for issuing Citizen card or Italy. Till now, I didn’t get the Citizen card. But I am on an emergency that my wife, Farzana Aktar is under treatment of a doctor at Samorita Hospital Limited, Dhaka, Bangladesh due to Road Traffic Accident from 06-12-2010. I heard that she has faced great injury. She has no relative without me to take care of her properly. In this situation, I need to go to Dhaka urgently.

Therefore, you would be kind enough to consider my situation and please issue me citizen card and oblige thereby.
